Do you wake up at night wondering if you (and your team) can keep up with your escalating success and escalating expenses?
Do you struggle with logistics and organization?
I’m here to help you figure out your internal business systems.
I can show you everything you need to build the strongest foundation possible in your business so it can grow and – let’s be honest – so you can, too.
That quicksand internal operating structure you’ve been working under? Yep, that’s gotta go.
I’m someone who is a logistics and operations master. I told someone the other day, “I eat logistics for breakfast.” She laughed and said, “That fits you.”
But you might not eat logistics for breakfast and that’s okay. So let’s dive into what I mean by turning your operations chaos into a streamlined process.
Let me introduce you to …
In the experience, we will cover these four areas of focus:
We want to make sure you are supported in your business. Each of us specializes in a few areas of excellence and we want to make sure you focus on those areas.
I have seen business owners, over and over, get stuck in the weeds spending time on things they shouldn’t be doing anymore. When it comes to hiring people, you want to make sure the people are there to support you in your company and help ease the day-to-day operations of running a business.
You might think this support only applies to your business, but it doesn’t. It applies to your home and family, as well. We will cover this in our sessions to make sure you are supported on the homefront because if you aren’t, there’s no way you are going to be able to fully show up for your business.
Many times we believe the first hire should be someone to help us in our company, but it actually should be someone to help us at home.
We will be sure to cover the team for your business and the team for your home in our sessions.
How are you keeping everything organized when it comes to managing projects, communications, calendars, and keeping the team on the same page?
Your systems and software are the arteries of your business. If you have too many communication tools, then the team doesn’t know where to go to get their information.
What do I mean by too many communication tools?
Are you using Skype, Slack, Zoom, a project management tool, Voxer, email, phone calls, text messaging (the list goes on and on)?
A ton of time and energy is wasted when your team is waiting for you to point them in the right direction. Proper communication is the lifeblood of the business, and when the team is confused, this leads to us feeling like we have to do everything.
Have you looked at how much money you are spending on tools? It is most likely more than you think, so it’s very important we get these things under control. We need to simplify things to make life much easier for your pocketbook but also for your team.
Money, money, money. It’s the lifeblood of your business unless you are a company that has raised millions of dollars without generating any sort of revenue yet. I mean if that is the case, send me a plane.
Most businesses are unable to operate like that. Your business needs to make revenue and generate some profit, so you are able to buy those organic blueberries or diapers for your kids.
After working with countless businesses, having financial clarity is by far the most important aspect of running a business. The company I built with my wife went from overspending by $150K to turning it around and becoming 400% more profitable, without increasing revenue. I’ll show you how we did that.
Getting your finances under control will ease so much stress when it comes to running a business.
We are all born with a financial imprint regardless of our upbringing. The key is to figure out what our blueprint is and work to break through that blueprint. If we don’t break through this blueprint, we will remain stuck. And being stuck leads to stagnation which can really play havoc in our business.
During our time together, we will take a deep dive into the income and expenses of your business.
If you want to create freedom in your business, this starts with getting your finances under control. Together we’ll review your income and expenses to make sure things are tracked correctly. We want to make sure you are getting yourself paid and don’t have to live paycheck to paycheck in your business.
What the heck are people buying? How many different product offerings do you have? Which ones are bringing in the most revenue? Which ones are the most financially and energetically expensive to deliver? Do you feel pulled in too many directions when it comes to your offerings?
Memberships, courses, speaking gigs, physical products, online products, drop shipping, social media platforms, and the list can go on and on.
Your options for creating new offers are limitless. Every day there is a new channel to bring your products to the market. It’s time to eliminate the confusion when it comes to selling your products and services.
There is another side to selling: Do you feel you’re worth what people are paying you for your products and services? This is a big part of the sales game. In our work together we’ll talk about worth and how you feel about putting yourself into the world (with a heaping side of my signature sales strategy thrown in).
You deserve to run a business that doesn’t run you.
You deserve to run a business that creates healthy profit and flexibility.
You deserve to have a business and a life that is designed to give you flexibility in your schedule and more money in your pocket.
Our life affects our business and our business affects our life.
You deserve to have choices in your business and in your life, instead of being pinned against the wall with your nervous system going haywire.
When we create what we deserve, this allows us to relax and spend the time working on the activities that bring us the most joy, pleasure, and power.
There’s this strange narrative going around that you need to sacrifice your entire life to create a million-dollar business. You don’t. You have to learn to grow your business while letting go at the same time.
That might sound counterintuitive, but it’s true. As you’re developing yourself as a leader, you are letting go of certain responsibilities. As you’re hiring people, you’re letting go. As you’re making more money, you’re investing that money instead of it sitting in your bank account.
Learning to let go is harder than it sounds.
We live in a society where we’re told we have to have boots on the ground to get everything done. You don’t. That is impossible.
Just because it worked for someone else doesn’t mean you have to follow that exact path.
When my wife Kate Northrup and I started to work together in our business, we had some guidance from Kate’s aunt and uncle who have been working together for decades, but that was about it.
We learned how to build a business and life together. We realized most of the business teachers and coaches we were following weren’t building a business with their partners. This became a bit of an obstacle for us to figure out along the way. We had to discover what worked for us as we were figuring out our strengths and weaknesses for the most optimal performance.
Then you throw in a wedding, traveling for speaking gigs, two kids, two books, changing business models, personal brands, building a house, my illness, and living an adventurous life, communication and clarity are key.
We had to create a new path to walk together. We followed other business examples, but we had to create our own path ourselves. It was up to us to do that work.
It wasn’t always a straight line, it really went all over the place, but we kept moving forward.
Our first year partnering in business, we brought in about $150K in revenue, then we doubled it the next year, doubled it the following year, remained steady the following year, then doubled it the year after that and so on.
We learned what success looks like to us and only us. We built our business for us and only us.
We need to make sure you are doing the same thing. Building a business for you and only you. (I will explain more about this further down, keep reading.)
As we are working together, that is the key: building a business that works for you and only you.
Does it feel uncomfortable to say, “I’m building a business for me and only me?” That’s all right. I’m sure you started your business to help someone through your product or service, which makes complete sense. That’s how so many of us have started in the business. We saw a problem and we wanted to fix it.
The last thing we want to do in our business is to take care of our customers and clients but be unable to take care of our own families and lives. This is what I mean when I say build a business for you and only you. Of course, we are going to be helping other people, but it’s okay to be a little selfish with our desires.
As I am working with clients, many times I have seen the “keeping up with the Joneses” mentality, and it takes you off track from what you are here to do. It creates overwhelm, sleepless nights, stress, poor leadership, and flat-out confusion for everyone in our life and on our team.
I am here to help you recapture that freedom and bring clarity to your business.
Click the button below, and I’ll reach out to schedule a time to chat with you.
What will this chat look like?
It will be a Zoom call that will last 45 minutes, and we will discuss your business and how I can help you.
Tier 1: This will be a 90-min call where we focus on one specific issue happening in your business.
We get in, go deep, then start to put a plan in place to assist where you need the most help.
This will be a no-nonsense call. We’ll get the work done, then you are off and running to implement what needs to be implemented.
We will have a check-in call for 1 hour, 2 weeks after our session to follow up on any questions that may have come up during the implementation of the work we discussed.
Tier 2: This is a 2-month program where we are diving deep into the 4 areas listed above.
Here’s what we will be doing during those two months:
We will have a deep dive into the four areas of your business mentioned above.
We’ll start with a 6- hour deep dive into your business. I would prefer in-person but if that isn’t possible, then we can have the meetings over Zoom.
The in-person meeting will take place in Miami, and we’ll spend the day together. If we have learned anything over the past year, it’s that being around people is so much better than spending time on virtual eye-drain. Plus who doesn’t want to take a trip to Miami? 🙂
After the initial deep dive meeting into your business, we will be meeting weekly for 45 minutes. These calls will answer any questions you have about implementing the new direction you’re taking your business.
All communications during the week will be over Voxer or email, so you have continued ongoing support as you’re implementing this new phase of your business.
During the two months, we’ll be navigating your business from what it is now to where you want to go.
This tier has much more ongoing support. This is for the business owner who really wants to take their business to the next level.
Here are a few results you can expect over the next two months:
These results and goals are tailored to your individual experience. No team or person is the same when it comes to running a business.

"Mike is a mix of practicality and masculine wisdom, handed to women in a way that they can "get" and feel empowered to move forward in a way that serves them and their desires."
"I don’t have many people on speed dial, but Mike will always have a spot on there in my phone. From priceless business advice to helping me with personal relationships, he’s been a valuable friend and resource. If you get a chance to work with Mike, do it!"
“Mike Watts has gotten to the position he is in through integrity and execution. He delivers on what he says he will do. A great coach and leader you should be following.”
"Mike is one of the most fun and enthusiastic people I know. He also has a deep, genuine desire to help others."
"Since our one short chat over a year ago, I am now a Doterra Platinum leader (soon to be Diamond) and will be earning 6 figures this year. That’s more than I’ve ever earned at any job...and I get to stay home and raise my son in the process! I’ve had a lot of ups and downs, as well as tons of help and training along the way, but I still count that one chat as the pivotal moment where I made the decision to push forward and not give up. As I step into this new reality of financial freedom, I’ve been making my rounds to thank everyone who inspired and encouraged me to keep going, and you are certainly amongst that group. How amazing that you helped change another person’s life (mine...along with my 3-year-old son’s) simply by taking a few minutes to talk with a complete stranger. Thank you for that, truly...You were a blessing!"
"Just completed a systems and strategies VIP day with @mikejwatts, and it was so, so good! As an entrepreneur, my strengths lie in the "big dreaming" category. I’ve got a constant stream of ideas but have a hard time focusing on the day-to-day systems and organization. Mike really helped me figure out my team, where I needed to grow as a CEO (like a lot of places), and really went into the energy of making money, how to clean things up with my partner, and how I manage things, etc. One of my main goals has been to feel more grounded - in motherhood, in my home, on my land, and in my business (I have almost no Earth in my astrological chart so this is my big lesson in life!), and I know when it’s time to ask for help. Mike helped me create a rock-solid foundation for my business from which to grow, so I’m no longer building my business house on sand. He also talked to me about how to lead with my feminine side - in real specifics! So good to have some "man energy" in my biz, and Mike is so wonderful and a total genius. I can’t recommend him enough."
"The biggest takeaway from my time with Mike was, “Work smarter, not longer.” I'm not into the rah-rah business coaching - I like to dive into the nuts and bolts of operations and get clear on what's working and not working, and I needed an outside point of view. Mike is real, no fluff, and lots laughter and fun. I genuinely like his personality and really value his leadership. I worked with Mike with the goals to streamline processes and roles within my business. Over the past three months, we've gotten clear on our roles and have operated more efficiently than we ever did in 2017. I absolutely recommend working with Mike. For any business that is clear on their mission and has experienced some recent growth, I think Mike is an absolute MUST if you want to take it to the next level."
